Tariel Toloraia, born in 1969 in Batumi, Georgia, developed his artistic foundation under the guidance of Anton Filipov, the chief artist of the Batumi Drama Theatre. This mentorship instilled in him a strong technical skill set and a profound appreciation for artistic detail. After completing his studies at the first secondary school, Toloraia pursued formal art education, enrolling at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts in 1991, where he specialized in the artistic treatment of wood and metal.
